If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We only accept returns if the product you received:
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Provide us your order ID with some images of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Once we verify the details from your mail, we'll send a revert with RMA number to confirm that the product can be returned.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:
You will be responsible for all the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to send your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For Wrong & Defective Products: If you have received the wrong or defective product, you can raise a return request within 3 days of order delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org attaching images of the shipping label, invoice and product along with an unpacking video
The mentioned requirements are mandatory to go ahead with the further investigation as we are going to validate the same with our courier partner for a more accurate resolution. This may take up to take 3-7 days to get back with the resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bulk / heavy items, sale items or gift cards.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We'll issue the refund for the amount of returned item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We don't provide refunds to UPI or bank accounts if you order with Cash on delivery(COD), we'll issue the refund amount as a discount code which you can use during your next purchase.
