What is the status of my order?
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Can I change the address in my order?

Where do you ship?
We ship orders all over India except some remote area where no courier facility is available.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time for the states covered by our delivery partners are presented below.

  • East Zone: 8-12 days
  • West Zone: 5-7 days
  • South Zone: 6-9 days
  • Central Zone: 6-9 days

Do you ship internationally?
We don't ship internationally. International orders will not be accepted.
Do you offer fast shipping?
We don't offer any fast shipping method at this moment.
What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date.

What payment methods do you accept?

Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?
To place an order click the product image and open its product page.
  1. On product page choose the required quantity and then click on the 'Add to cart' button, the product will get added to a virtual cart.
  2. If you also want to add any other product to that cart, simply follow the previous step.
  3. Once your desired products are added to your cart, you just click on that 'Bag' icon on the top right corner of the screen.
  4. There you'll get 2 options- "Proceed to checkout" and "View cart". Click on "View cart" to view your cart and the products you've added.
  5. After checking the cart you can click the "Proceed to checkout" to start the checkout process.
  6. After that you'll be required to fill the address details there. Also you can apply any discount code if you have there.
  7. Once all the details filled properly, you can click the "Continue to shipping" button to choose the shipping options.
  8. After choose you choice of shipping method just click on "Continue to payment" to proceed to the payment method page.
  9. On payment method page you can choose a payment method and click on the "Complete order" button.
  10. Complete the payment on the payment gateway page and after completion your will get placed successfully.
Do I need an account to place an order?
It is not mandatory to have an account for placing an order but we advice you to create one to check the order details in future.
